Cardiac Health Project Progress Summary

The Cardiologists and Cardiothoracic Surgeons met recently and agreed on a way forward.  The network has agreed on an approach that will cover the continuum of care using a care plan concept that will include monitoring of outcomes.  A preferred system has been identified. The next step is to develop a Business Case for a national programme. The business case will be presented to NHITB on completion.
