Published standards should be considered ‘living’ documents. If the documents are no longer fit for purpose, we need to know so we can make appropriate changes.
Please advise us of any errors or omissions that are spotted when you are using or implementing any of these standards. This can be done by either sending an email direct to standards@moh.govt.nz or completing a change request form and sending it to standards@moh.govt.nz. For example, typing and/or grammatical errors, a missing code or an extention to a code set or any areas that may need further consideration.
If you would like to suggest that changes be made to any of the Standards above please download and complete the HISO change request form.
HISO (2010) has also endorsed a number of standards and protocols for use within New Zealand. Click here for further details.
