About our site

This website is owned and maintained by the National Health IT Board, Ministry of Health.

The primary audiences for the site are: clinical leaders, health managers, health professionals, health IT vendors and interested consumers in New Zealand making investment decisions on information systems and information technology. Secondary audiences include other government agencies, industry groups, community organisations and the general public.

We recognise that the media, education institutions, individuals and people from other governments will visit this site, though we have not specifically catered for those needs.

This site has been designed to adhere to the Government Web Standards or higher and conform to industry "best practice" for web development.
